GRANDE DUNES| MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., October 31, 2014 â€“ Raleigh-based LStar Management, owners and stewards of Grande Dunes â€” Myrtle Beachâ€™s most successful, upscale residential and resort community â€” have announced plans for a new grocery-anchored development that will include retail and office space, as well as an upscale grocery tenant.
The 80,000-square-foot project, to be developed by Crosland Southeast, will be located on 12.2 acres of land located at N. Kings Highway and 82nd Parkway. The planned architecture of the new center will mirror the extraordinary quality and high standards that Grande Dunes is well known for. LStar will oversee that process.
In addition to the 45,000-square-foot grocery space and 16,000 square feet of in-line space, there will also be three outparcels available for lease or sale. The project is slated to be complete and open for business in mid-2016. The anchor tenant will be announced in the near future.
